Non-stop extruding,one-time moulding new process
Process Introduction
Adopting internation advanced technology,we’ve developped a new process of non-stopextruding,one-timemoulding in making copper bus bar, shaped coppergrate and copper flat wire. It is found that the qualitty is highly improved.

Six Merits

1. high purity, oxygen-free
Using oxygen-free copper rod made by high-quality electyolytic copper as raw material, adopting non-stopextruding, one-time moulding process and being produced under a vaccumm state, the product has a high purity of over 99.96% copper content.

2. shining surface, no burr
Because of adopting the non-stop extruding, one-timemoulding process, the raw material is extruded under high temperature and press and its defects is eilminated, which makes the surface more shining.

3. exact size
Exact siza and cross sectional shape can be achieved thanks to using high qulity extrusion mould by hot mould steel and be extruded under high temperature.

4. high-standard conductivity
Conductivity is one of the most important charateristics of electric related products. Because of the increasing density of the raw material during extruding process in making copper bus bar, shaped copper grate and copper flat wire, the resistivity of the product decreases while the conductivity inceases.

5. flexiblelength
Non-stop extruding, one-time moulding process makes it possibe to get any length and no seam of the product at the customer’s demand just by non-stop feeding.

6. perfect soft & hard state
When wxtruding of copper bus bar, shaped copper grate and copper flat wire, the temperature is conpper grate and copper flat wire, the temperature is constant and the product goes directly to the cooling equioment fully isolated with air after extruding, no annealing process is need, which ensures to abtain perfect soft and hard state.
